I needed my chimney sweeping and stove servicing. When the stove was lit, smoke was escaping through its door. The Chimney Sweep told me to buy a sealing kit from Town and Country Stoves, which I did at a cost of £21. When the Sweep came back to do the servicing the glue in the kit was rock hard and unusable. I had to go and purchase more glue from another company. I rang the Town and Country manager to report this. I received an apology of sorts and an offer of replacement glue. I declined this offer because it would be worthless to me with the servicing work having already been completed. The least they could have done would be to give me a full refund. Town and Country are clearly inefficient in their checking of the items they sell. Unprofessional service.

We love our Town & Country Pickering wood burner stove. It's easy to use and delivers plenty of heat time after time. Only drawback is the fire bricks appear to be very delicate and brittle, but this may be true of all brands. One of ours cracked within a couple of weeks of use but Town & Country's customer service was excellent, and they replaced it free of charge. Terrific product, great customer service and British product built by a conscientious, customer focused, family business. Highly recommended.

I bought a Pickering Stove from a local supplier who fitted it too. Very impressed with the look and ease of use of it. It lights virtually instantly and I'm soon turning down the air flow.rf It's very efficient and 1 log lasts ages. Very pleased with it.

Installed The Dolby Eco 5 kw in metallic gold / coffee in an old victorian sea side front room 16 ft x 16 ft n 9ft plus ceiling and its just absolutely amazing # Stove Tastic! Incredible warmth / performance and value for money. Heats the whole house. They really are stoves for life and daily living. Phil & the team were absolutely great in their experience; advice; knowledge & support - we’re all absolutely made up. Its the Heat Pumping Heart of our Home!
