Took my Omega in for service, cost agreed at £160. took nearly 5 weeks, I went to collect it, it was £180 I was told extra parts cost. I rang as the watch was not self winding, he said try it and if not working,take it back. Took it back as still faulty. Another 5 weeks later, collected with another charge of £38. I was told more parts and cash. I have the watch back and still the same, no self winding, still faulty. I have paid £218 and the watch is still faulty. Do not use this company, they are slow and cannot repair.

Took my Tag Heuer Carrera to the local watchmaker in Pickering as the date function was not working correctly, the watch was repaired at a very very competitive price. Highly recommended.

This very charming man sold me a beautiful ring. It had to be resized. He said it would take two weeks and he would ring me and it would arrive the following day. That is exactly what happened and it was a resized and posted for free. Lovely items for sale . Thoroughly recommend .Thank you so much

Took my watch into this shop to have a new battery fitted. Told it was sorted and working OK. Only to find out 50 miles later on a return trip back to Leicestershire that it wasn't. Totally ripped off.

Probably the worst service I've ever received very rude and destroyed my gold omega. Stay away from this cowboy outfit
