Customer service was first class and they provided really great advice throughout the build and the sale. The purchase was for my son’s Christmas present, they shared offers on the day of collection as extra gifts for my son and they helped me to load the bike into my car. So nice to visit a proper bike shop with lots of bikes to look at, clothing , tools,etc. This shop has all that and at the top end of quality (and cost) too. Lots of staff on hand to ask questions which they all seem to have a passion for bikes and biking. In summary a top quality bike shop with good service

Went in yesterday just for a look at folding e-bikes, spoke to Rich who arranged a test ride of 16" wheel model. After a test ride and explanation of the models and finance available I purchased a 20" wheel model. Rich was very informative and helpful. He made no attempt to pressure me into a purchase but answered all questions politely and quickly. Excellent service.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and efficient . The bike was quickly assembled and checked , would definitely recommend and will purchase again in the future . This is my 3rd time purchasing from here . Always a pleasure
