Campervan on certified site lovely site and pitches, very basic toilet block will be back in new year
I'm a member so I'm somewhat biased, but then I wouldn't have joined if it wasn't a "good thing" for me in the first place. A friendly and good natured general atmosphere/vibe and it's family friendly including (well behaved and on a lead) dogs are welcome. If anyone wants to know more about the Rec Club and what's happening and what's avaliable, then I think it'd be easier for them to check out the website/social media feed/Google reviews/etc. because there's a lot of things going on and a lot of "choices". Recent building improvements have been made and more are planned. There's a calendar of varied dates of live music, usually a weekend evening, some are good quality local "cover bands"(£free entry) and some are professional tribute acts(£pre-purchase ticket entry usually in the order of £10/£15 range), starting at 8pm.
Great venue for our 60th party. Particular thanks go to the manager and staff who were excellent.
Very good One of the best grounds in the league.nice clubhouse to have a pint before the game.very friendly atmosphere.
Mike and the team are so welcoming, we love the new look, and are enjoying the great events that the rec club have been hosting, as well as just catching up with friends whilst watching the sports, on a weekend!!
