Terrible for getting parcels, been refused 4 times had to travel to selby last time to collect, was my sons birthday present. If they can’t take parcels they need to either get more room or stop all together refusing them

Matthew was very helpful today. I asked for some help at the petrol station and he did more than answer my question he sorted my tyres for me too. What a lovely young man who went above and beyond 😊

Always very expensive petrol. 11p more per litre on unleaded than places in Malton on Saturday 28 June 2025.

Very rude member of staff at about 2pm today. Went to buy my daughter a slush drink at £3.50 filled it up took to the till asked for a straw. Women said she couldn’t find them. Told her I’d leave the drink then as she wouldn’t be able to drink it properly to be told I couldn’t leave it. I’m sorry but no way am I paying for something that I can’t drink properly she then went in the back and I over heard her telling the person in the back I was being extremely rude. You wouldn’t serve a hot meal with out cutlery!!! Very rude lady left my things and spent my money else where need to teach your staff costumer service skills.

Completely agree with the previous comment from 6 months ago about their Collect+ service. I made the journey into town especially and they told me they can't take any more parcels due to 'health and safety'. It's very frustrating and probably unnecessary.
