I bought a £35 voucher for my daughter-in-law last year and, for various reasons, she had to postpone the treatment until today. She was very excited and had it all planned in her head what she wanted. Cutting a long story short, they do not do the tips so she had to stay with her very short nails, and they could not supply the colour she particularly wanted. Basically, she had her nails painted a colour she didn't want for the pricely sum of £35! I think this is a total disgrace. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. I have given one star because I wasn't able to leave it without.

My wife went to have gel applied on her nails before a cruise and within 3 days of the start of the trip the nails were starting to peel. She had this replaced on the cruise by a very experienced beautician who stated that the gel had been applied too thickly and not dried enough. The new gel is still great 2 weeks later. My wife called the shop and was not offered either a refund or have the work redone. Very poor on all levels. Avoid this place.

My 2nd visit today to The Hive arrived a little early for my appointment but it wasn’t a problem Debbie is lovely I feel so relaxed with her and like I have known here forever Fantastic salon and wonderful service 💕💕

Excellent service from Debbie- always has a smile on her face and salon is lovely. Would recommend for waxing- not had any other treatments yet but wouldn't hesitate to use the hive for nails etc too.
