Cannot say enough about the treatment I have received since going to hands that heal. After only 4 sessions my body already feels different and much. Each session is aimed at working on the areas where most of the pain is felt. A programme of exercises after each session is given aimed again at targeting where most pain is felt. It's refreshing to,after a number of years feel not pain free,as yet but more comfortable not having thae pain i did only a few weeks ago.
I’ve been visiting Jess at Hands at Heal for sports massage for several months now, and I can’t thank her enough! She takes the time to listen to what my body needs and tailors each session accordingly. I really appreciate how she explains what she’s working on, why certain issues have developed, and how to prevent them in the future. As a dance teacher, it’s invaluable to have a skilled and local sports massage therapist helping me keep my body performing at its best. 😁
My advice based on the experience I have had with Hands that Heal is do not wait book an assessment, you have nothing to lose and perhaps much to gain. Very professional and inspires confidence. I had treatment for lower back pain and within 2 months saw a big improvement and now I am on a maintenance programme.
What a wonderful team. From the initial booking to leaving, all staff were friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place, even worth travelling a while to get to it.
Have been suffering with hip pain but Martin has been showing me how to manage it and strength the area around it. Very enjoyable class. Thank you.
