My husband came in and was seen to by a lovely nurse practioner who diagnosed Shingles and gave him medication. We then came back the day after and was seen by a doctor which we did have to wait few hours as his other eye had swollen. The doctor gave him a thorough examination and gave him extra medication. The service and care that was given was excellent and every member of the staff were brilliant. Thank you for all your help and thankfully he is now on the mend.

Was here today sent by my doctor , not only is it 7 miles away from where I live I had to get taxis there and back costing £30 my doctors is literally 2 mins away from me but said they couldn’t see me and I needed a face to face appointment , waiting time was approx 2 and half hours but there was only 11 patients waiting to see a doctor I was struggling with my breathing so public transport and walking wasn’t possible . After eventually being seen the rest was pretty quick I had a chest X-ray and was then prescribed the treatment needed and sent home . The receptionist is a bit sour faced and the waiting area was not in my opinion clean. The vending machines were that dirty I couldn’t force myself to buy a drink while waiting . I do appreciate having a nhs service but there’s still much improvement needed

Great service - 40mins Having been once before and waited around 4.5hrs I decided to go in prepared this time (Tuesday) with a large coffee.... wasn't necessary! I walked in and gave my details to reception at 9.15am and had been seen, had an x-ray, nail drained and left by 9.55am. Lovely service, just as with previous visit, only this time super fast. The GPs there are great.

If you want to see first-hand the systemic failings caused by 15 years of tory rule, come here for treatment. Understaffed (one nurse on shift) and overloaded by patients who clearly should be getting more immediate care in A&E, including 3 people who'd been in the same car crash. GB 'News' on the TV in the waiting room encapsulated the mood. Perversely, the guy on reception seems to think he has the worst deal. 'Seething resentment' best describes his attitude to work. Rude and condescending, he glared at me balefully throughout our brief interaction and again, afterwards, when I had the nerve to use the toilet. If your GP can't see you and tells you to go to a walk-in instead, try somewhere else first if you can.

Very poor service. Had to fill form out on arrival rather than provide information which is keyed directly into a computer. The forms had so much toner on you could barely read my writing. This info was then relayed to someone else over the phone. Seems a total waste of time and paper and increases the risk of a data breach. There was only around 5 people ahead of me but I think there was only 1 doctor on duty who had a break in amongst dealing with the patients as my wait was 3.5 hours. No updates, only info given is that if you leave everything starts again! Very disappointing!
