Great service, from the salesman, to the guy who measures up and the carpet fitters. They were all so helpful. They even dropped off some carpet and trim samples round for me to make it easier for me to decide over the weekend. Would strongly recommend them.

A fantastic, family-friendly team of sales people. Spent time with us talking through various options that would suit our needs. Explained the process from ordering to fitting. Really pleased with the quality of the carpet and underlay. Would certainly recommend to others.

Very pleased indeed with the over all experience, knew what I wanted so was shown what was on offer, had to wait a couple of weeks for fitters to come but arrived on time and made a very good job of fitting my stairs and landing, cleaned up after themselves very well and we're polite throughout. I would recommend this firm highly and would certainly use them again.

Recently Purchased a carpet with fitting, Came to fit the carpet yesturday and the carpet fitter they supplied was incompetent and unable to fit the carpet completely, don't usually use external company's for flooring, I have a family member who's been in the game 30 years unfortunately he wasn't able to carry out the work due too a recent operation, i didn't wish to wait till the new year (more fool me). They have been and checked the newly installed carpet as I wasn't happy, they have confirmed with me that the installer provided by wilsons carpets had no reason other then bone idleness for not completing the work. There excuse was the laminate in the next room wasnt straight enough. A Multi tool was available (btw) Installer wasn't going to even leave a door plate (even though paid for) they didn't even trim it down to size. Basically paid for a service. No offer to rectify from wilsons, was quoted £65 for the fit. Fitter tried telling my wife it was £70 they also asked us the check it was the correct carpet? I assume so we ordered this carpet (insert carpet name) is this the carpet you have brought???? Just had a phone to tell me they have spoke to there fitter and they agree with them. Would advise caution for anyone thinking of using the fitters supplied by this company. The carpet itself is exactly what I wanted and they have a large selection instore so worth a visit, but I would highly reccomend you source your own reputable fitter other then the cowboys they currently have on there books. Unfortunately it seems I will have to wait a couple of months for this to be rectified by someone competent in the job. In my opinion Wilsons have fallen short on this occasion. Here's waiting the response to this review...... ***Update*** Customer Service got it touch same day, and contacted the store in question. The fitter returned next day to rectify and spent just short of 6 minutes to complete. Extremely Happy with the finish. The Hallway flooring is temporary but no longer after worry about the trip hazard or the carpet being damaged.
