Man was rude, and unhelpful and spoke to me with an air condescension when I was clearly only asking for help for a mistake someone had made with my parcel putting it under an incorrect name. While I understand why they couldn't give it to me, it was the unhelpful, rude manner in which I was spoken to I did not appreciate - definitely won't be coming to this branch again.
IGNORE SATURDAY OPENING TIMES The post office counter “ closes when he wants “ according to the shop staff there. I’ve been twice now when the counter has been closed up when it’s supposed to be open on Saturdays ( as advertised online) . Apparently the operator stops getting paid at 12.30 so closes up and leaves early. Willow park post office if you’re reading this- please adjust your advertised counter times to allow for you leaving early!
Lived in the area nearly 40 years . Used the post office regularly and always had a good experience. Staff and owner always polite. Friendly and helpful . Definitely recommend to shop there. They do have a lot to put up with some very rude customers. They then wonder why they get asked to leave . Then they leave a bad review. Be nice then people will be nice back. It's all about respect. Great post office and staff top marks
What a load of nonsense! Some of these reviews only tell you one side of the story, for example, some of them have verbally abused the staff and so asked to leave and didn’t like it, or asked to wait outside politely because the post office part wasn’t open yet and the other customers were queuing outside and so didn’t like it….the customer will always receive respect as long as they show respect too, there’s always two sides to a story, so don’t let the bad reviews fool you.
Was startled by the rude guy who works in post office section. I get this is a tough time but all I said was hi and got rebuffed rudely because apparently he was closed 'with the shutter down' even though I could still see him through the window, honest mistake! The other staff were nice though and helped me after I collected myself.
