Would give 0 stars if I could. I called last week for a bike plate got told Monday it would come never got a call or anything so I called Tuesday no answer then I called again someone answered and said he is out and will call me back in 30 minutes to let me know if it’s come or not and he never did and it’s now Friday still no phone call nothing I am not happy with that customer service at all it’s absolutely appalling so I went else where I needed it for Monday and I got told it would be sorted by then but obviously not. They need to learn abit of communication and not tell someone it will be ready on a specific date if it’s not going to be or at least call me and let me know that it won’t be ready in time. So best getting your plates done else where
