I'm still chasing them for the unpaid signage. I'd say they were trying to avoid paying but surely they wouldn't as so obvious to treat me like that. Won't be doing them a favour ever again.

Phoned up on Thursday about appointment went in on Thursday offered me appointment. Angie cut my hair loving it. Made to feel welcome. Definitely my new hairdressers. Fantastic Ladies

Becky was great she explained everything she was going to do and more. I felt like she understood my hair well and I'm really pleased with the cut. I will definitely be back

Had my hair cut was brilliant, time was taken and haven't had my hair cut this well in a long time...... But recently came back for a balayage. Wasn't happy with the finished look. Looks more like highlights and was done in a similar way with foils 🤔 I messaged the salon when I got home about my disappointment..... They did offer for me to come back to fix which I didn't think was possible to get it the way I wanted.,n was also a little nervous as it wasn't don't how I'd asked the first time round, and I was going on holiday soon after and didn't really want bleach redoing so close to my holiday. i then asked for a partial refund (£45) but was refused. And do feel that it was rather expensive as balayage is £95 regardless to hair length even though with other option there is 2 prices one for short and one for long hair so don't fully understand this and did bring it to there attention with no out come. I also paid for toner which I feel was a waste of money as it still didn't turn out like shade of blinden I had originally picked? Also straightening and blow dry is also extra, which I didn't realise, though it would be included with the balayage price. So cost me £130 and wasn't happy with it 🙄. Angie who did my hair was lovley but I wouldn't recommend getting a balayage. It was very expensive to come away unhappy. Such a shame it couldn't be resolved to my satisfaction..... And I though the customer was always right 🤔 n I though a partial refund was a reasonable request

Had an amazing experience with Ange today! Starting from the day of hair strand consultation to chemical hair straightening, her knowledge and vast experience regarding hair styling were truly amazing! Ange was very passionate and was very fantastic at her skills! While selecting the salon, I was really anxious since I have asian indian hair texture! Throughout the procedure, It was evident that I made the right choice❤️ I recommend this salon to whoever who would like to invest their hair to make as a crown! Thanks Ange😍
