Contacted Jonny for a replacement boiler quote. Came out as planned and went through options for our needs. Good price. Punctual on day of fitting. Good quality professional job. Always difficult when choosing a trade from online but can highly recommend Jonny for his standard of work, knowledge and communication. Great guy.
I'm delighted with the work that Jonny has done in replacing our broken boiler. He came and diagnosed the issue on the day I first called him and then had the new boiler installed 2 days later and for a very fair price. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will be using him for any future plumbing nad heating needs.
Johnny responded promptly to my 'urgent' telephone call in my time of ditress with my central heating. He asked appropriate questions and gave positive responses. He attended the same day, giving notice as he set off to me. He arrived, assessed the job, and fixed it with celerity and efficiency. He explained what needed to be done, then did it. A little problem along the way was sorted without fuss. Johnny cleaned up after himself, checked all of the radiators, the boiler and the reapir to ensure that everything was as it should be before he left. Astonishingly, he was not expensive. I would recommend his plumbing service which is excellent to anyone needing a plumbing or heating engineer. 10 out of 10.
Jonny was brilliant from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable and fair on price. He came out to inspect the damage, quite an unusual one as the kitchen sink had actually sunk! He also refitted the bathroom plugs with no fuss. Top lad, first-class service and I’d highly recommend him.
Johnny has completed two jobs for us in the past month one to repiar the kitchen sink trap and the other to service boiler. He was professional and very efficient he explained what he was doing and showed the parts he was replacing and explained what a service entailed. Most importantly he was warm and friendly taking the time to have a chat over a cup of tea would highly recommend.
