Feels like staff have been replaced with chatgpt - simple question regarding why the disabled toilets have been double locked so disabled people can't access them even with a radar key answered by a copy/paste reply that seems to have been generated by AI with no proof reading. No-one answering phones either - is genuinely creepy to think they've all been replaced by a chatbot service. Also - please don't double lock disabled toilets so disabled people can't access them!
Helpful and kind staff. Lovely facilities and comfy chairs to sit in and just have some space and quiet. Redcar, Dormanstown, Saltburn, Guisborough Libraries - visited them all. Really helpful staff. Each is a good hub of activity and a valuable service for borrowing books, using the printer and photocopier and the computers. I'd like a helpline number for computer problems. One staff member can' do everything. They are all very dedicated to the library service and their local users.
Sending my partner and I a threatening letter that we haven't paid our council tax even though we have paid for the next 6 months. It's a mistake on there part but you shouldn't send out letters threatening to take people to court when they have paid. Especially when we have paid months in advance as soon as we have moved to the area.
We are new to the area so totaly confused by the council offices bring in the library.I am disabled and came to register for funding for rates etc.For which I am entitled. Submitted relevant paper work etc. And waited. Finaly imagine my surprise to receive a demand for council tax payable monthly!!! 🤪😝 Totaly confused ????
