If anyone gets Offered the Tides in Redcar be it at your own peril. Absolutely shocking garbage hole . Biggest mistake of my life. Plaster board only Fan assisted heating that DO NOT WORK . It would be warmer in Home house .0 stars not 1 none
I was in an Armed Forces Veterans accommodation and was given a council flat from beyond housing. They lied to me claiming I could afford the rent with all the benefits that I would get. They carried out an affordability assessment based on benefits I was “entitled” to and gave me the flat. I was left with minus -£249 to live off for the month I couldn't feed myself. So I left the flat to save my life and move in with my girlfriend of 4 weeks! After being told I cant leave because I am a vulnerable person. I am now left with a CCJ of over £3000 they also gave false meter readings to the gas and water companies over £1000 each although I was only in the flat for 1 and a half months. This company is disgusting.
Rang this morning about my boiler, leaking slightly and losing pressure. The lady on the phone was lovely and said someone would come out today definitely. The repairs man came out within an hour of me ringing. He said I need a new boiler as mine is corroding inside n not repairable .Told me someone would ring next week to arrange the installation. Well he had literally just gone out the door and I got the call to book the job in .Can't fault that service at all.Everything sorted within an hour and half of ringing them .Really happy thankyou .
Over 2 hours on hold only for the line to go dead!! Appalling and no respect for tenants!
Absolutely shocking service. If I could leave no stars I would how is it not considered an emergency that for the fourth time in three weeks I have no heating. It’s the coldest day of the year and I have three young children and wet work uniform. The last “professional” that came to check it claimed sometimes it would work sometimes it wouldn’t. Is that a professional opinion or just in a hurry to rush home?! Not to mention that the four hour guaranteed wait time was infact over 7 hours. It’s disgusting. Problem after problem with this company.
