Excellent service offers, place is lovely and staff very friendly and welcoming to my brother using their service for the first time. He really enjoyed it and is looking forward to coming back
This place is amazing. The only service in the area for adults and children with learning difficulties or a learning disability to enjoy themselves. Its friendly and fun, caring and safe. My sister has been going here since she was little and she is part of the Grenfell family now.
I am unhappy. I had to wait outside in the cold, because I was a bit early for their club opening. They said it was their policy. Something needs changing, maybe a sign on the window. They shouldn't treat their clients like this, people who have got disabilities.
Disabled parking and a lift to second floor. 5 star food rating by EHO and clean easy access WC facilities. Excellent facilities for special needs and disabled.
