Redcar and Cleveland College

I can't comment or accept that your experience will be I as excellent as mine. Fortunate enough to receive the most flexible and understanding tutors.. The subject is very difficult the lecturer Andy is teaching us a level 3 in electrical. I'm on Partime. It's brilliant !! It's not been easy at all but I feel this collage has such supportive tutors and I feel blessed to have found them. I hope to pass on my knowledge and skills to the future apprentices. I will definitely work closely with the tutors and collage in the future when I'm qualified in electrical.

Could possibly put coaches on for students instead of getting arriva cause it's not the best getting there when the buses are running late. And could add more seats in the seating area around lunch. Staff are rude and when it comes to issues they don't help sort it out

Horrible college I applied for a two year level 3 course and it got cancelled after the first year, during my time at this college the staff were constantly rude, my tutor was horrific and was short tempered, even screaming at a student for missing a deadline for a reason which was not the students fault. On one occasion I was verbally abused by other students and the college did absolutely nothing about it, please note the amount of times I got told off for simply WEARING A HAT BECAUSE IT WAS FREEZING, it was rare the colleges heating was on even during winter, the staff shouldn’t be qualified to teach and the majority of the equipment there especially computers don’t work half the time or are incredibly slow, this college needs major improvements to the quality of pretty much everything.

Mature student doing a work place study here for 2 days. The staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful. Reception staff and cafe staff has the people skills of a wet flannel. External training provider so no interaction with tutors but if the other staff are anything to go by, avoid this place and go to Middlesbrough.

Great college to study. Great staff and a good variety of courses. It's now been 20 years since I did a GNVQ Level 2 in IT, and I really enjoyed it. Just a shame it never lead to a job, as it only delayed me going on the dole. I wish I could go back again as it's my second home. I would not go to any other college except Redcar and Cleveland.
