What a little gem we stumbled upon! Lovely cafe, and breakfast. It was best we have had anywhere. Top quality ingredients cooked to perfection! Lovely view of the sea which was such a bonus. Such good value having free tea/coffee included! Very dog friendly they all got a sausage (we will bring Pig, our dog next time) Both members of staff we spoke to were extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They even made a card and gave a voucher for one of the the locals when he said he got no cards for his birthday! Beautifully decorated with photos of Redcars Heritage. All food cooked fresh in a very clean well functioning kitchen. Well worth breaking my slimming world diet for!!
I hadn’t been here in a very long time. My days, this is the best breakfast on Teesside. High quality food. No beans served in a little ramekin. Exactly what a breakfast should be. Coffee was superb as well.
Absolutely stunning new decor! Really love the rustic feel, and the photo wall is fab!! Food was average. I wasn't offered the option of what I was having with my eggs benedict. And the egg wasn't poached it was over cooked. Staff were polite but could do with being more friendly and welcoming.
What a superb little find, right opposite the beach and dog friendly too. Dog paradise in fact as the doggies get a sausage. This place is well decorated and kept clean and inviting. Really friendly staff, keen to accommodate all your requests and all with a smile. Food well cooked and plentiful. Food quality is superb and value.... well that's quite outstanding. Well worth a visit and opn till 3 every day except Christmas day! Have visited numerous times. and never changes. Always consistent.
Owner was smoking when I got there as I placed my order she walked back in and never washed her hands whilst handling / cooking food. The cooked breakfast sandwich I had the sausages where just about warm and the bread bun it self was soaked with grease. Very disappointed
