Didn't get our booking right after calling up twice in a month to confirm we wanted a 6.30 table. Got there at 6.25 to be told our booking was a 6 so we would have to wait as " we had missed out slot ". Drinks came quickly, within 5 minutes of us sitting down. However all of our drinks were pretty much gone after waiting an hour for our food to arrive, wouldn't be so bad if the restaurant was busy but it was a monday and there were only 3/4 other parties sat there (some already with drinks and food). Priority was clearly on takeaway orders. It then took a further 10 minutes for everyone to get their food after the first plate was brought out. We had to ask for knives, no napkins. Food itself was decent, parmos were good and chips were good. Just not worth the wait. From what I could tell there were 2 servers on that night. A man and a woman, I didnt get their names but the man was nice. The woman serving was rude and dismissive ever since we " missed our slot " Only decent overall part was the company as we all agreed " it was so bad it was funny ".

Recommend by a friend. Didn't disappoint.... Hotshot parmo was incredible, thick chicken, not caked in bechamel sauce. Chips were thick with some crunchy ones in there. Some lads got pizzas n said they were excellent one lad got a box meal which was also top drawer. Will definitely be back. Can't comment on atmosphere as it was a takeout but the service was spot on, they even phoned us when the order was about 20 minutes to being ready so we could set off at the perfect time. Cheers 👍🏻

Collected a take away last night, only to find when I got home that there was a meal missing. Rang up to explain and was told someone would call me back. Rang back up again today as no one had got back to me, only to be told the same. The quality of the food wasn’t all that, I think this is the only other place I’ve been to that serve burgers thinner then McDonalds. As I am still waiting for someone to call me back, I’m assuming they have very limited customer service or just simply don’t care once the food has left there restaurant.

Took over 2 hours for delivery, apparently some glitch in system?!?! Food was lovely but not as hot as promised. Definitely worth a visit but need to improve on delivery

Easily the best place to get a parmo in Redcar! Service a little slow, however this is due to how busy kitchen staff are with all the orders which can’t be helped. Deffo worth the wait though!
