Fair prices but chip portion is small. Sauce portion is also small as a splash. Pizza was not very saucy.
Ordered through food hub. Order took over 90 minutes to arrive, maximum time estimated was 45 minutes!!! Driver when he eventually arrived, just handed me my order, no cheerful greeting like other drivers from other takeaways. My order of fish and chips was hot, but not piping, food okay but had better. Won't be ordering from them again. Overall experience was disappointing
DO NOT TOUCH with a barge pole. Poor attitude from person in charge. I get it is a business before anyone thinks otherwise. However I have a disabled child that has Autism amongst other things one of which being a sensory disorder. He likes gravy but likes his food very plain so a chip dip it in, but of sausage dip it in he will do that. Asked for Lunchtime special Sausage and Chips with a splash of Gravy! But asked for the splash to be put in a pot ( a splash ) they said no as thats not a special and id have to purchase full price sausage and chips and sauce! So I said just the sausage and chips again thats not a special so id have to purchase items separately. For a four year old mind? So 50 per cent would of been binned doing it their way. Like I said i get its a business but really? Can't cater for a child thats more of a rip off to be awkward maximum gain rather than customer service. Only chippy in Redcar area that don't listen to customers! Thank you to Sea Breaze who listened and offered no extra charge and cheaper.
Unfortunately the worst food we've had for some time, chips were stale and tasteless, everything tasted like it was from the night before and not fresh. Asked for curry sauce on the chips but the curry was so incredibly watery the chips had absorbed it all and it was like there hadn't been any curry put on it at all Had to bin our entire meal as it was really that bad. Can't knock the service and we have had better from there before and it's been ok but this time has put us off from ordering again.
Ordered food on Monday the 16th got pie and chips and sausage and chips in definitely wouldn't recommend by Monday afternoon i was being sick non stop and been sat on the toilet I've had food poisoning from these will definitely wouldn't Order again the delivery was spot on tho
