Had to wait nearly 25 minutes just to use the paying in machine, you get stopped inside for staff to direct you to different desks. Queues are frequent.
Opening hours are terrible. Looks like they only open for pensioners and those that don't/won't work. No wonder banks are closing down.
Only one customer in front but still a long wait. 2 other staff were too busy to open another counter. Separately from this customer service was very poor. I’ll certainly try not to return.
Yesterday I had the opportunity to take advantage of the banks offer of a financial review of my accounts at the Redcar branch of Halifax. My advisor was a wonderfully pleasant lady Stacey Pearson. She was marvelously professional and courteous and explained everything in clear and concise manner and in a no pressure way that made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. It has saved me a fortune and was a fantastic experience. Well done Stacey you are a great advertisement for the bank and keep up the good work.
