Sutch a shame this bank is closing down. Always had good advice from the girls! 5 stars.
I always rated this bank untill the opening hours changed. Now only open till 3pm and Redcar (my local branch) no longer open weekends. As someone who works 8 to 6 mon to fri this is not very accsesable at all.
9.30 - 4.30 weekdays and closed ALL weekend! Is this bank only for the unemployed or retired? Another highstreet bank destined for the chop because no-one is using it! I wonder why...

The woman who was behind the counter was really rude I was waiting in the Q and when I was my turn she was just looking at me like I was a piece of dirt as if to say come on then I haven't got all day
