If your looking to buy a caravan then look no further than North Yorkshire caravans, They are a friendly family business with incredible customer service skills. We were looking to buy a caravan and popped here on the off chance. The selection is small in comparison to others That we visited, but every single caravan was amazing quality. They helped us decide on the one we wanted and it was seamless from start to finish. They do a good starters pack for first time caravaners which we took advantage of. On the Day of collection the caravan was ready, clean and their experienced staff went through every single feature we’d need to know on the caravan. We’ve bought caravans before from the usual suspects, but on the occasion it just felt that’s little bit more special. In terms of value for money You can’t go wrong with North Yorkshire caravans. Every caravan was available to look around and there was no pressure whatsoever, but always somebody on hand to answer any questions we had, they were never pushy in any way a fantastic and honest supplier. Do yourself a favour and look no further.

We purchased 2016 Elddis Xplore 304 from this company a year ago who couldn’t be faulted on their friendliness, but that’s about the only good thing to be said about them. Being newbies at the time of purchase we were told all the good things about it, but they failed to mention anything wrong and appeared to be a good buy. However, it was only when we had a service carried out by a local expert that we discovered a host of issues that should have been pointed out at time of buying. It had 10 year old tyres, although they did look almost new. It had no brake pads which meant we had been towing a dead weight, so dangerous. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were out of date. And to add to the mix we ended up with a £2000 damp repair bill after we discovered multiple places with high damp readings. I should add that we were never told about servicing and didn’t even realise it was a thing for caravans, as nothing was given to us. They obviously omitted to give us a check sheet, containing pre-delivery checks or it would have highlighted all these issues to us. We’ve learnt a lot since then and had tried to contact them about it but didn’t want to know!

Bought a Bailey Pursuit off these very friendly people in March 2023. Used it once and it had to go back. Tyres 10 years old. Water heater only working once in a while. "oh you need to have the gas and electric on together to get the water and heating to work." Several other problems which received bodged repairs. Fast forward 18 months and £4k of our own money spent on the van and it seems ok now. Like one of the previous reviewers Ive given one star as you cant give nil or minus stars.

Bought our first caravan through North Yorkshire Caravans. They was extremely helpful, ensured we had a car that was fit to tow the caravan we wanted, answered all my questions and talked us through everything we needed to know. Kept in touch via WhatsApp before collecting the caravan and the communication was excellent. We look forward to making memories in our new caravan :)

Richard and the team are amazing. Couldnt do enough for us. We bought our Motorhome from them and they had it ready for us to go on our 1st trip when we picked it up. Lovely people, friendly and experienced. Would recommend this company.
