You are directed to an app which has been removed or does not work. Please sort it out. Appointment making calls take too long. Why should it take longer than 60 seconds average? 18 minutes for 4 on hold call places is too long. High call volume is completely irrelevant if you only deal with those in the queue very slowly.
I understand that some people are unhappy with their treatment, but I can't fault the service I have received over the last few years. The GP, nursing and admin staff have been nothing but friendly and efficient.
Jen on reception was so lovely and helpful. Aswell as the nurse, danielle. Staff are always helpful and kind.
i never do reviews but the service at this practice is absolutely shocking. i work as a gp receptionist myself elsewhere and it comes across that the whole place have no idea what they are doing. my friend has been trying to get an appointment for ages because she has a lump, and now she has two others. the doctor she saw told her “don’t touch it monitor it for two weeks” although she’s had it for weeks on end and they had done nothing about it. she has all the symptoms and it’s impossible to work around her work schedule to go to urgent care due to her job! they haven’t had a CQC inspection since 2017 and it’s about time they have one. i’m not going to sit here and act like the surgery i work at is perfect, because no where is. but when it comes to lumps AND when 111 have put a referral through for her at the surgery, it’s a priority they should be seen the same day!
Im really impressed with how ive been looked after and i rate this practice high.
