The Green House Surgery

Telephone receptionist was very abrupt and very rude, attitude was horrible. not sure if she had a bad day but shouldn’t be answering gp calls for sick people on the other end.

I just want to say thank you to Kelly on Reception and to Dr Gunputh for the kindness and care shown to me following my telephone call to the surgery on 6 June re a possible infected mosquito bite. The antibiotics I was prescribed have sorted the issue out and I am so grateful for the quick and efficient service I received.

I have been repeatedly let down by the Greenhouse Surgery. I would not recommend. They are uninterested, unprofessional sending me repeatedly to the wrong service. I have lost all confidence in the practice and the NHS in general

I just wanted to mention how helpful Gemma and Michelle have been assisting my mum who struggles with deafness. It can be such a barrier for my mum to communicate when a telephone is the only option. Michelle thank you for your understanding and for your resolution. Mum is happy.

I’ve been a patient with The Greenhouse Surgery all my life. I recall some great doctors, Dr Barker, Dr Davidson especially. I can’t fault the medical care I receive, I feel that I am listened to and taken seriously, the health issues I’ve raised have been dealt with quickly and professionally. The only criticism is with a member of the receptionist staff, on the whole they are lovely, but one of the ladies is incredibly rude, as a professional person, I admittedly don’t respond well when this happens but I feel that this can sometimes let an organisation down. I’d have no qualms in recommending the practice, in fact I’ve been trying to convince my wife to change her GP for years. Thank you for the service you provide.
