Tenable admin and reception , contradictory ,spoke to 5 or 6 different admin in a fortnight. A month to get docs app to find out it was with a nurse. Securing issues gone round and round for 18 months.. reception tel Blatent lies and excuses , make a complaint and it's..if ya don't like it go else where.. can't get to speak to a senior partner about the treatment and issues of reception and admin singing different tunes, then if ya question anything your given a strike or kicked out on say so of their reception that cannot do a decent job , see reason ,lie and fabricate bull as the conversations go in .. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ADMIN AND RECEPTION IS DIABOLICAL AS IS THEIR SO CALLED UNDER MANAGER ,UNDER BEING KEY WORDA,.. Partners are obviously eather ignorant or being blocked to the ongoings and failings of their so called staff ..

Excellent GP Practice. Some of these reviews are ridiculous. We are living through times when the NHS is under funded, under staffed through governments poor investment. This surgery does amazing with these pressures and waiting times are excellent compared to my family members GP practice. Blame your goverment if you have to wait, not hard working surgeries who are doing fantastic work with what they have. You don’t always need to see a doctor. They have excellent nurses who are advanced and can help. Times have changed you don’t always need a doctor! Excellent care and the reception staff genuinely want to help.

Kerry the manager hung up on me rather than try to arrange someone to change dressings and bring antibiotics. She is aware of my very dangerous medical state. And she hung up. This is our NHS

Went for a follow up appointment scheduled @2:30pm and the got seen only @3:01 It’s been happening quite frequently when I go to see a Dr there. Nurses appointments a bit more on time, but running late as well, especially when it comes to babies vaccinations. The service is decent, but seems unfair for to be asked to come in earlier, but then wait for half an hour. Definitely something that needs improvement!

Very happy with this surgery. Wanted to get something checked out, phoned this morning and got an appointment this afternoon. In the past I've never had to wait long for an appointment, admin staff have always been kind and friendly and doctors have all been helpful and informative. My thanks to all who work here.
