We spoke with this company regarding an oven door, I was not told of a 'call out' charge to come and have a look to put together a price for fixing/replacing an operational oven door. When the gentleman turned up ( he was a lovely guy) but he spent no more than 5 seconds said the door needs replacing and spent 20 minutes promoting his own company! I wouldn't of asked them to look at work required if I knew this would cost me £63 pound, I have been told this is a standard call out fee! I didn't know we 'called' them out I was asking for a quote!! If you do use this company make sure you know what it is going to cost before hand!!
Used these guys for a Landlord CP12 and some small plumbing jobs. Great communication and happy to Reccomend and use these again.

AEP came and dealt with issues from a leak in a pipe.They were able to identify the issue after aperson sent by an insurance company couldnt.They acted in a professional manner and dealt with all the issues
This firm used to offer a good service. Not anymore in my opinion.
