Selectiv - Redcar

Although selective were great in the beginning with selling our house. They told us they had their own conveyancing which is not the case. They actually contract this out to move with us who then put it out to tender and give misguided pieces with hidden charges in small print.This has in turn ended up costing us £800+ in extra charges going through the third company parties they use to do this. If using them do not use their conveyancing or Merritt’s Solicitors in Yarm.

Visited Selectiv to discuss a property viewing and the experience was very positive. Friendly, helpful, attentive and made follow up contact a couple of times. We didn't ultimately use their services but if first impressions are anything to go by, they would definitely be worth using.

I have used Selectiv previously so they were automatically my first choice to go to for selling my late fathers bungalow. Dealt with Julie and Maddie mainly, they were kind, caring and compassionate throughout the process. Regular updates were received by telephone, they explained every step until the sale was complete. Definitely use their services again!!!!! Thankyou for making it all easy.

I’ve just sold my parents house using Selectiv Redcar. Not being close I needed a team that could work well without me being there. From start to finish Julie and all the team were excellent. Marketing was proactive, communication was great, I was kept up to date and informed all along the way. The way they dealt with and resolved all the complications along the way was second to none. They really did everything they could to get the house sold. Fantastic! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys!

Absolutely brilliant service,1 or 2 hiccups,but that was expected,kept in the loop throughout the whole process of our house sale,special mention to Julie,would definitely use again.
