I have used Ethical Letting for 2 tenants and never again! When it comes to the check out process and the checks they are supposed to do they seriously fall down. They barely look at the property and I would even question whether they use inventories or photos. I asked to see the inventory and photos and was quickly passed onto the CEO and basically told that if I wasn't happy with their services I could always leave... I was told that glass shelves being smashed, in a fridge (3 glass shelves), is fair wear and tear. The fact that they missed them is another issue. On another occasion they even missed the fact that the washing machine had been removed, I had to go in and find this for myself! I would not trust this outfit with any property if you are not willing to do your own check out inspections.

Looked at a property with one of there agents who then offered us an opportunity to look at another one that she though we might like. We decided to go with her to look at it straight away that night. When we arrived around another 4 sets of people turned up wait to look at the property as we he'd been informed. We were told the first £40 cash holds the property we liked it so decided to pay this. We then went the next day to the office to do the usual checks all good. Then the bomb shell we had to sign for the house and start paying for it straight away, never had to do this ever and the agent knew we had to give 1 months notice on the property we were in. When we challenged this we were told either agree it or lose it as others would be able to move in straight away. Not wanting to put ourselves in a financial situation trying to run two properties for a month we withdrew. We lost all the reference cost which we understand but refused to gove us the £40 cash. The most unethical company I have ever had the displeasuere of dealing with not bothered about someone getting into financial problems.

Wouldent let them rent out a dog kennel, they are absolutely full of promises they do more checks than any other agents and work so close with the council if this is so why did they take my money and put a well known drug addict in my house whom robbed and left it in a state within weeks .... They are just plain old greedy no morals and how they are still operating is beyond me , when confronted they giggle as they,ve had your money, HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT !!! AVOID this company, any doubt contact me and i will give you 110 % reason to stay clear of this lying outfit ...

A very professional and efficient team who have managed our properties for many years. Always helpful and I would recommend their services wholeheartedly

These are disgraceful landlords. Would never advise anyone to rent from these, they are despicable, the amount of emotional, physical and mental stress they have caused my son is diabolical.
