Roseberry Funeral services have been incredibly professional, compassionate and considerate throughout our time with them whilst organising our Mother's funeral. They took the time to hear about our Mother, help freely guide our decisions and were flexible with our additional requests. The service was both very personal and respectful and I had complete faith in all they did. I would not hesitate in recommending them to others. We found Roseberry funeral service through Google. Having never had to plan a funeral before I was left to arrange one for my son. I'm so glad we went with them rather than a large company from the TV. I was an absolute mess but Graham helped talk me through everything and put me at ease I told them we were on a budget and again this was a problem, no upselling from this love business . I had to pop in and out there redcar building afew times and each time I felt a warm welcome and nothing was to much of a problem helpful each time, Andy took Jack's service and again it was done perfectly. Andy helped us understand how everything would be done on the day of the funeral. If I could give you more than 5* I would. Thank you for taking such good care of us and our beautiful boy Jack.

We are very grateful for the care and support that Graham and Andy have shown us during this difficult time, they were both very kind. My dad's funeral could not have been a better tribute to him, respectful but also with love and compassion and even a few lighter moments, I know that dad would have been very pleased with the service . I just wanted to get back to you following Dad’s funeral on Tuesday to say thank you so much on behalf of our whole family for your tremendous help and support in looking after Dad and also preparing and delivering the service. When we sat down together to agree the details of the funeral, you managed to cover all the key decisions in one go. Your help in pulling together all the different aspects was so important to us. We just couldn’t have done it without your support and experience… This included liaising with Leti (our chosen celebrant), the crematorium and the florists etc. on top of this we were really delighted with the order of service you produced. We had so many people talking to us at the reception afterwards saying how well the day had gone and how it was just what Dad would have wanted.
