Boots

Absolutely disgusted by the abrupt member of staff who was patronising to my mum. After going through a particularly difficult time this member of staff made her so uncomfortable that she never wants to step foot inside this shop again. Well done Boots. You obviously don’t care about service.

I've been in here three times recently and the staff simply couldn't care less if they serve customers or not. Even when they do eventually make the effort, they are bordering on being rude. High time Boots introduced some Customer Care training. Boots always used to be the best pharmacy to go to, but that is not the case anymore.

Boots are no good at answering the phone on a morning no matter how many times you call they ignore the phone I understand they open at 9:30am to 05:30pm every day and 10am to 4pm on bank holidays but that's besides the point if someone needs some advice and they ring their pharmacy the customer is always right and they should always answer the phone no matter what they used to be a good pharmacy but the staff are abit rude like they have an attitude problem which needs to change. Boots you need to train your staff on how to be polite to customers and not be rude and get them to answer the phone instead of being rude and ignoring it there is more than one member of staff behind that counter and not one of them can answer the phone I only wanted to ask a question but the phone just rings out and nobody bothers to answer it so please train your staff again boots!!!

Had an unwitting private viewing of Bolans shoes (excellent fit btw) with my partner and I the only filmgoers Seats excellent, the reclining an added bonus, sound superb. Only downside was the cost of drinks etc hence the 4*

After several mistakes by the pharmacy and experiencing a patronising attitude of one of the young ladies in the pharmacy I changed supplier to Scotmed for a far more professional and friendly service. It should be mentioned that other members of staff in the branch are however very helpful and professional.
