My partner brought my prescription back from your company to find out you'd give me somebody else's prescription now. If I lived on my own and my memory isn't so good I could have taken them and died
Given unreadable Instructions even with. A magnifying glass .Was on phone 45 mins until after the shop shut..
I requested my prescription from my GP yesterday at 10am . By 4pm I had a text from Clevechem saying my medication was ready to collect. Fantastic. I've always found the counter staff to be very polite and courteous. I've never experienced the poor service some reviewers are reporting. Perhaps the expectations of some snowflakes are unreasonable. Keep up the good work Clevechem.
Superb service. Staff are always as helpful as possible. Lovely people to deal with, always a pleasure.
