This used to be a really good chemists. Not anymore. Today I went to collect my prescription and it hadn't been dispensed, they had received it 8 days ago and not even looked at it until I came in. I had to wait another 20 minutes before it was made up. What's going on here?
2 times i been and both times no help.customer service is so poor. why would even anyone bother to drive down.
Went in yesterday as they didn't have my mother's prescription in her usual pharmacy. They dealt with it really quickly despite there being a big cue and having people complaining about a "20 minute wait". People need to remember that they can't always just get a prescription ready in 2 minutes and a 20 minute wait is nothing for same day prescription. Girl on desk was absolutely lovely and service is always with a smile and they've offered me brilliant advice in the past.
What absolute joke of a chemist said come back in 2 hours and 3 hours later still not done told whoever does them on dinner but he's actually in the back so great at lying aren't they they need to buck there working ethic up I don't appreciate being called a liar I came in at 1pm told to come back at 3 they will be done and tablets still not done it's now Friday night I never got my tablets so I will have to do without my medication how do you call this a decent service .
The so called new system is not working and has not worked for the last 2 months ,no text notifications , i have now decided to use another chemist
