Terribly bad mannered chemist with regards to emergency medication ( first time use of this service in over 30 years, the request was on behalf of a family member physically incapable of doing so ) chemist phoned to say and repeated several times I should be more organised as they are busy and understaffed and ended with I need to be more organised next time. In return may i suggest that they should be more organised regarding staff and in my opinion keep their emotions in check as it is quite worrying for a chemist handling prescriptions and medications not be in check and its a very poor reflection of Tesco pharmacy to have a chemist with an unprofessional attitude. Assistant serving medication was polite, personable and professional.
This is a fantastic pharmacy, the pharmacist went above and beyond to help with a prescription issue and made sure I got my meds, can’t fault them, thanks so much
