Why can't all companies be like this! A week before the visit they gave me a two hour window when the Engineer would arrive. On the day they called in the morning to confirm it would be in a 1 hour slot. Engineer Paul arrived bang on time, worked efficiently and explained what he was doing during my oil boiler service. Finally, he cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using them for future work.

Wilson Plumbing installed our new boiler two years ago along with a Hive thermostat system. Paul came out to do its annual service. Cleaned the internal parts, checked its efficiency and checked the thermostat. Never had any issues with it since it was installed and always get a helpful reminder from Lauren for our annual service. Can’t recommend the team enough. Great communication booking and invoicing through Lauren on reception, and great service from Paul today, who came to the house on time and got on with the job in the kitchen whilst I looked after my baby in the living room.

Jamie came to sort my tap out when it wouldn't turn off, needed a new tap which wasn't as easy as we hoped being a totally different fitting to normal, but Jaime never gave up,three different taps later he managed to find one to fit,was still smiling when he left hours later .Leaving a very happy and relieved customer. Thank you Jaime and Wilsons. Fabulous Service 👌

Had a new combi boiler installed by Wilson Plumbing & Heating from Redcar in March 2025. Following impact damage to the front of our property in June they responded at very short notice when we needed our gas supply reinstated.Then - on 22nd September we were having problems reconnecting our Hive system to the boiler following an RCD fault repair. Not only did I receive advice over the phone, but on his way home from work Nick Dale very kindly called at our property and reinstated our system within 10 minutes. Can't praise this company enough. First time using Wilson Plumbing & Heating for my boiler Service and they did an excellent job. Paul, the technician, arrived on time, was very efficient and cleaned up after the service was complete. I can honestly recommend this company and will definitely use them again next year
