Having phoned at 10am asking for help with leaks around my attic office window they arrived within an hour to survey/quote and the job was done and dusted by 4pm. No fuss no mess, just polite and professional throughout. Obviously very experienced. Happy to recommend.

Tried to arrange this company to come to my home to give an estimate. He said he would call this morning. He called my mobile once at 12 noon at which time I was unable to take the call as I had professional matters I attending to. I then received a text message which simply read “Time waster” I did not recognise the number so I called it back. The man was rude and abusive - would not even consider allowing them on my property. Please be aware and avoid A Cook Roofing at all costs.

Decent repair job recovering two flat roofs but they thought it was acceptable to leave them without guttering and drain pipe. The mess they left on my drive with cement and oil from their van was terrible. When complaining about the mess I was told to f---k off not very professional I would not recommend

Turned up, said they would price the job and send the quote over, but never heard a thing from them. If you don't want the job, just say so!
