Was recommended one of the solicitors within the company, messaged her with no reply, contacted the main number and was allocated a solicitor, mine is conveyancing, they have had to do very little work as it’s an auction purchase with no mortgage, my friend who uses them is charged £600 but I have been charged £900, don’t answer basic emails half the time and give incorrect responses, if their is a next time would use a specialist conveyancing company, wouldn’t use again.

Was given this company's number by another law firm as there was a conflict. I spoke to the male receptionist 3 times on the 27th August and passed on names, court dates and an overview of information I needed. I was given a phone appointment for 11th October 4pm. Called company when I realised I wasn't getting a call to be met with vagueness and incompetence. I was eventually told that the person I was supposed to speak to was out of the office and that it was unfortunate..I corrected him and said no its unprofessional. Needless to say I refused another call back! Please do not use this Micky mouse company and find yourselves one that knows what they are doing!
