My wife & I went there yesterday Sat 23/923 to book a holiday to Melbourne Australia so we can visit our son who we haven't seen for 12 years. Lovely welcoming staff, very knowledgeable, and no questions go unanswered. Recently booked a small break to Disney land Paris....wow, bargain! Staying in the park resort at Hotel Cheyenne, flights from Manchester, even a years Disney+ One happy 6 year old 😊

Booked again with Hays Redcar and can't praise this branch enough. Such friendly professional staff are a credit to the brand, just been back today to pick our tickets and Euro's up nothing is too much trouble. Special shout out to Emma who dealt with me as I had a couple of questions that needed answering. Thank you all once again.

Brilliant company to deal with. Trying to sort a short break to Iceland as a surprise 18th birthday present for my grandson, over the course of 3 days had a number of phone calls/help/suggestions and finally booked today. Thanks to Mary the holiday, excursions and insurance all sorted, now we just need the day of departure to hurry up. Mary, thank you so much for all your help 👍🏼😊
