Brikbecks have provided a first class service from start to finish. Recent appliances bought include, Oven, Microwave Oven and Washing Machine. They have provided excellent friendly advice and guidance. Would highly recommend this local family run business who always provide 1st class customer service and quality products.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordered a washing machine for a holiday let in Whitby and needed the old one removing/new one installing which they did for me. No hassle and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Went in Birkbecks for a washing machine , had exactly what I was looking for , helpful and friendly. Delivered next day which was great , fitted and took old one away , no fuss . Took time to show different cycles etc . Would definitely recommend, good service thankyou .😊

Ordered a new washing machine online through euronics and Birkbecks called on a Saturday to arrange a convenient delivery time. When the driver arrived he was polite, friendly and really helpful in getting the machine to where we needed it. Would definitely recommend this business.

Ordered a new freezer on line via Euronics, knowing Birkbecks were local agent. Birkbecks rang to confirm delivery which arrived in time slot. Driver very friendly and helpful, made sure freezer was level, placed in position and took away old freezer. Very pleased with service
