I recently donated an item of furniture. The lads came to collect when they said they would. Were very polite and thanked me for donating. Highly recommended and worthy cause for any donations you may have.

Prices are ridiculous, 4 pound for a book...it's a charity shop, you got the things for free..4 quid, that's the price of a new book..why are charity shops so greedy nowadays?

Lovely staff. Shame that some old ladies like to bully the lads working there and tried to get me to give up the purchase I had made earlier in day when I was trying to pick it this afternoon. To the lad who was told by the old hag of a woman to "go home if you aren't going to be of any help" don't listen to her. Without good lads like you she and her group of friends wouldn't be able to shop and get help that she "needed". Please never let people like her get you down.

Great stock of books in the back like an aladdins cave , a charity shop that realises sell the books very reasonably keeps the stock fresh and turning over, I'm sure they do better that way than stock that takes weeks to sell. Staff I have dealt with have always been friendly.

It's a great place, I'm in nearly everyday that I'm not running. Friendly staff that you can have a chat with. Don't forget you can take in unwanted goods, or they will pick up any larger unwanted stuff!
