A member of staff very abrupt and rude, really there is no need manners and courtesy cost nothing it's just part of customer service!!! Without customers there is no job. Sadly we won't be using the store anymore.

The customer service at the Redcar store is shocking my daughter tried to return an online order and the assistant was very rude. My daughter was told they cannot take returns in store they must be posted. Clearly staff training required. Not just the incorrect information but the rude delivery of the information.

Always excellent friendly service and great selection of fashionable plus sizes. I have two friends who compliment many of my Bon Marche clothes and say they wish the sizes went even higher. Keep up the good work.

Usually wait outside but the wife recons it"s a great shop.The number of items she comes out with is testamount to this !
