This store is located on the pedestrianised High street ,and there are no car parking facilities. There are car parks in the vicinity.As I approached the store I observed several people use different types of wheelchairs using the store . There are two sets of doors to the store , both doubles which were wedged open today . I could access both with ease but may need help in inclement weather as they are not automatically opened..To enter the store use the right hand set of doors.They are marked as Entrance. Difficult to spot as you approach when doors open . Although this is one of the smaller store with narrower walkways I found it easy to manoeuvre my chair in the store. Floors all flat and level.The footfall was very good today and the shop was very busy .All three tills were manned ,and staff were on hand to assist as required.It was very gratifying to watch how they dealt with the not so able customers. I bought goods myself and they were packed for me .Another lady helped put them on my chair . It’s going to do well here I think as there are major stores not far away to attract customers from. The shop is too small to hold customers toilets and is limited in the way it can be adapted within its own footprint.

The staff were friendly. There was many of bargains available and the shop was clean and organised. Extraordinary value for items.

Very untidy and scruffy inside, dates not checked on food items with a lot of badly out of date things. Unprofessional unhelpful staff, rude to eachother infront of customers, manager openly insults staff to customers.

So aftert travelling to redcar today knowing on the website of one below they closed at half five I was told outside of one below at 5pm they had closed even after showing the staff they closed at half five they still said they closed at five pretty annoyed at that you think they would change the time on the website if that were the case other than that I like the shop I just think the website needs updating

The staff are friendly and efficient. Plenty of bargins to be had and clean n tidy shop.
