Wow just wow! Called Elaine’s flowers and when I found out it was a mobile/work from home, florist I nearly didn’t bother as wanted to see them first if possible, as I have never used one like this before, however there was no issues at all, amazing service amazing flowers and The lady who we picked them up from was amazing also. Came with everything they would from the shop. If I ever needed flowers in the area again I would 100% go here no problems at all, very easy to talk to also. Keep up the good work Elaine Price was fantastic and they are better than the ones in the shop we were looking at. These were not for me it was work but I am sure the recipient will be over the moon

Ordered a box bouquet of flowers for a friend's 65th.My friend phoned to say how beautiful the bouquet is, we have always used Elaine's Florist and never had any complaints. They do an excellent job and would recommend them.

Not the first time using this florist and definitely won’t be the last. Amazing flowers, long lasting and smell gorgeous. Brilliant customer service.

What I ordered and what I got, I specified that I wanted something light and with pastels. But because while in the shop my sister was touching other flowers it automatically meant I wanted those in my bouquet, was their reasoning with us. Refused to give money back because my sister was upset with her order, and they didn’t want to deal with it. If I could give a 0 rating I would. Nothing like what I specified or ordered. Could of done a better job with the supermarket flowers. Next time if you don’t have what the customers want in stock don’t accept the order. It’s as simple as that

Bought a bouquet for my girlfriend for Valentine's day Feb '24. Beautiful flowers. Very big bunch for the price. Great value. Well presented and wrapped. Couldn't have asked for more. Would recommend to anyone.
