Don't go no these,very poor customer service,had to return 1 bangle as it wasn't firt for purpose and though they refunded me they get bolshy and don't want my custom as they say I'm always returning things. Apart from the bangle I did return a watch but only to have it fixed to which I perfectly happy with.

I'm not normally one for leaving reviews but this shop warrants it! I bought a ring online. It arrived the next day, beautifully wrapped. The ring itself is absolutely incredible. It's absolutely beautiful.

I have been taking my watches there for new batteries for years and always been happy with the price. But not today had a new battery fitted and was charged £10 I was only there a month ago and was charged £5. When I question the increase I was told that battery prices have doubled. Well I won't be going back there. 100% price increase in a month. Feeling cheated 😠

My husband has just bought me a beautiful dress ring with aquamarine stone and diamonds. Reasonable price, well presented and perfect condition. Lots of choices. Staff were really helpful and patient. Sanitiser was available. Lovely friendly owner and staff, always cheerful and welcoming. We will recommend with pleasure. The Moore’s UTB
