Excellent customer service I have twice visited this Jewellers to fix the wristband of two different watches. I had previously visited two other Jewellers in my own town with no success. I dealt with 2 different employees and both were experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and easily provided the solution. The price was very reasonable too and I can highly recommend them

This is a lovely jewellery shop in Redcar. I've bought things from there on several occasions over the years. Most notably, a clock with some money left to me by my father a few years ago, and a watch I bought when returning to a teaching job after a period of retirement. A few days ago I purchased a piece of jewellery for a friend, and the service was as excellent as ever. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He was the same person who helped me choose my watch, six years ago. Highly recommended!

I always use this jewellers, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Today I needed to replace a damaged nomination charm, they had it in stock, the gentleman fitted it for me, I was in and out in 5 minutes highly satisfied with the experience
