Had a simple repair done (wrist seal replaced on a drysuit). Repair was done well however took Typhoon over a month to do although it was over Christmas. And it cost more than twice as much as independent repairers who can do the repair a lot quicker! Typhoon also tried to charge me for a pressure test when the suit was still under warranty.

Typhoon is not a place I visited, however I take my son there 5 days a week. He is a recent employee and tells me that he has made many friends and feels very happy. So I can only assume that it is a great place to work.
