Went into redcar shop with some issues on my phone. Ryan helped me out he was great and explained everything so I understood. My husband then went on to say he was looking to change phones. Ryan wasn't pushy just helped him choose the phone that was suitable to his needs. He was great would go to that EE shop again

The thing I like best about EE is that they seem genuinely keen to find the best deal for me personally, rather than simply pushing something 'good but not perfect' at me. I got given a range of options including the high end and the price conscious. They made sure I got the chance to play with the things they suggested too, so I knew exactly what I was getting into.

Couple of people in front of me getting served waited 20 mins only to be completely ignored & the 2 lads working started serving people who came in after me even though they had clearly seen me so missed out on an upgrade & new contract walked past later no one in shop & both of them tucked around the corner vaping

Went to this store to order the new iphone 5 weeks ago paid a deposit at the time of ordering and was told there was a 30 wait. Have waited 5 weeks and after numerous phone calls have been told today that my order was not even placed even though my money was taken! Annoyed doesnt even cover it! Avoid this store at all costs!
