I went into the shop asking for them to clean my phone out so the charging portable would work, they said it would cost £15, and in half an hour, it doesn’t work they won’t charge me the £15 and they will replace the charging port, for £60. They did it In a very timely manner. The staff were very kind and informative, it has been tested and the phone can now be charged via wires. They even gave me something to keep the port clean to prevent any dust from getting in. Thank you for helping me today, definitely would recommend.

I popped in during a visit to Redcar to get a screen protector and case for my new phone. The man was very friendly and did an extremely professional job on my phone. This shop is well stocked with all the latest phone accessories and a great choice of vapes and juices. They also repair phones and offer free pick up and drop off service in the Redcar area and also to other areas in Teesside for a small fee. They also deliver which is the only shop I know that offer this service. Highly recommended for all your mobile phone and vape needs.

Popped into the Redcar branch of Quickfix Phone and Vapes recently to pick up a new vape, and I was seriously impressed. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose exactly what I needed without any pressure. Great selection of vapes and flavours too – definitely not your average corner shop setup. Everything was clean, well-organized, and felt professional. Will definitely be coming back for refills and maybe even to check out their phone repair services. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
