Liberty Stays, Redcar

We stayed for the weekend at this beautiful modern property in August for a well earned family break. The property ticked all the boxes for me especially as I'm disabled. It has a walk-in shower and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The property was clean and spacious and close to the seafront. My husband, daughter, son-in-law and the 2 grandsons loved the property also. I definitely recommend this property to anyone with mobility issues. Many thanks to Andrew who handled the booking. Nothing was too much for him as he went over and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

We’ve just got back from a lovely few days away staying at Liberty Stays, Redcar. The property has been recently renovated to a high standard. Although we didn’t need it, I thought it was great that it was wheelchair accessible from a wet-room on the ground floor, to adjustable bed and chair to lowered kitchen worktops. There was every kind of home accessory available including kitchen utensils and board games and bathroom toiletries. We all had a very comfortable stay as a family of 4 plus grandparents and our little dog. The property is located within a few minutes walk of a park, a few cafes, a little shopping precinct and of course the beach, which was great for us all. The main promenade and shopping high street were a bit further of a walk away but was still doable for our littlest. We didn’t meet the host as the doors are keyless but Andrew was friendly, organised and available on WhatsApp for anything we needed. A lovely property!

Stylish, modern, spacious and pristine but homely, comfortable and welcoming for all! Quiet road close to the fabulous expanse of sandy beach and local shops. It’s so rare to find somewhere so thoughtfully designed, it’s the details that count. Would loved to have stayed longer, but we will be back!
