Come to redcar to visit elderly relatives,paid deposit in advance to make sure the landlady would be able to keep us a room as they get quite a lot of contractors in the area.Found the bed and breakfast with ease,very centrally located to the busy town centre. The landlady was lovely and all the other staff bent over backwards to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible,rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely and served with a smile. Really good!

This bb was very dated, very cluttered with unnecessary vases of fake flowers. room was in need of maintenance for example ..no child locks on window so windows opened wide.. light pulls on ceiling were hanging off. mattress was worn to the point of it sloping and springs digging in my back. coffee pot had coffee in it that was as hard as cement. didn't even stay for the breakfast which was cereal in a very cluttered dining room/living room/storage room. This bb would suit contractors nothing more than that. Over priced at £40 for the room we stayed in. should of been half that. Credit were its due...bedding was clean.

This place is an absolute disgrace, cracked ceilings, filthy, beds were awful , lights not working, you basically had to wipe your feet on the way out. Owner was pleasant.

Excellent place to stay very central to all you need in redcar staff all pleasant and a superb landlady that goes out of her way to help whatever needs,you require rooms very spacious clean and homely would recommened to anyone excellect stay

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This place is a hovel. It stinks of smoke and I whitenessed them smoking in the kitchen area.
